Teen arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Kapolei store

A 15-year-old boy was arrested Monday for allegedly shoplifting at the Walmart store in Kapolei.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree robbery after being observed by the store’s security personnel.
