Two businesses were robbed Sunday in Aiea and Kalihi.

The first robbery occurred at 11:15 a.m. when a man wearing a ski mask entered a Kalihi store at 11:15 a.m. He demanded money from a 84-year-old clerk and took all the money in the cash register.

At 3 p.m., a man also robbed an Aiea restaurant.

Police did not disclose whether the same suspect is being sought for the two cases or the amount of money taken.

The 84 year old man still thinks that the old Hawaii still exist when we had so much trust in each other that we never even locked our home and cars before1960. Fast forward to 2013 and we can see that half of Hawaii has adopted the culture from the mainland. That means lock everything up, and take precautions when handling money.
