Boy seriously injured after struck by motor vehicle in Waianae

Paramedics took a 17-year-old boy was to the hospital in serious condition this morning after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle.

The accident took place around 6:36 a.m. in front of Maili Beach Park, according to Emergency Medical Service officials.

No other injuries were reported.
