Police arrest man suspected of spraying graffiti in Chinatown

A 21-year-old man is facing a harassment charge after he resisted a police officer who was trying to stop him from spray painting a building in Chinatown.

A person saw the suspect Tuesday night defacing a Chinatown building and called police.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of criminal property damage and harassing a police officer.
