The deteriorating quality of life in Hawaii is troublesome. You will have to increase taxes or rationalize state and city services to retain what quality you have left.

You might take notice that the shift is the standard one we make every year, to winter hours? Can you do that?

It is unacceptable that Makapuu is closed and not open 24x7. Its one of few placed on this island for good star pics at night. These over paid civil servants imposing their own rules without a public vote is flat out wrong.

The City and State believe that it is much easier to close a location than it is to regulate it or enforce the law.
