A 23-year-old man who died in a single-car crash while traveling on Kapolei Parkway was identified as Jayden Ercanbrack of Ewa Beach, according to the Medical Examiner's office.

Ercanbrack crashed his car into several trees and light poles along the roadway Sunday night after he lost control of his vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition and died Tuesday from multiple blunt force injuries.

Police said speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.

The manner of his death was classified as an accident, according to the Medical Examiner's office.
