Teen arrested for allegedly stealing from Manoa man

An 18-year-old man was arrested Monday for allegedly stealing from a Manoa man over a one-month period.

Johna Carroll, of a Melemele Place address, was arrested Monday night on suspicion of second-degree theft of personal items and cash from a 52-year-old man beginning in September. He was picked up a few blocks from his home.

He was released pending further investigation.
