9 Months in Jail for stealing 150 lbs of copper. What a JOKE. The law is there for a reason and when JUDGES don't uphold the law and send these thieves to maximum punishment, what deterrent does that send to others. Go ahead and steal, you won't go to jail for an extended period of time.
