Police arrest Heeia woman in alleged assault, threat to man

A 24-year-old Heeia woman threatened a 26-year-old man with a dangerous instrument Wednesday at her home, police said.

The man detained the woman before police arrived and arrested her on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree assault, according to police documents. 

The incident lasted from noon to 1 p.m., and police arrested the woman about 30 minutes later.
