A 24-year-old man is in police custody following a stabbing incident near the State Capitol late Monday night.

Emergency Medical Services reported that paramedics treated and took two men to the hospital in serious condition with stab wounds around 11:28 p.m. from South Beretania and Punchbowl streets.
