Police arrest couple in Kalihi caught driving stolen vehicle

Police arrested a couple during a traffic stop in Kalihi Tuesday night after it was determined the vehicle they were driving was stolen.

The 36-year-old man and 34-year-old woman were pulled in Kalihi around 11:30 p.m., police said. A check of the vehicle revealed that it had been reported stolen.

The male driver was arrested for driving without a license, driving a stolen vehicle and three outstanding warrants. The woman was arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
