POSTED:

A small south swell over the weekend was expected to decline today, but another small south-southwest swell is arriving and expected to persist into the weekend, the National Weather Service said.

On the North Shore, an out-of-season small north swell is expected to linger through Wednesday.

Surf heights today are forecast to be 3 to 5 feet on east shores; 2 to 4 feet on south shores; 2 to 4 feet on west shores and 3 to 5 feet on north shore beaches.
