An argument over the sale of a defective iPod led to an assault Monday night in Honolulu.
Police said a verbal exchange began when a 30-year-old man accused another man of selling him the defective merchandise. The suspect, 31, left the area but returned with a baseball bat which he used to strike the victim, police said.
Officers were called and the suspect was arrested.
