The U.S. Census is completing its final door-to-door count in Hawaii over the next few weeks.

Nearly 4,000 Hawaii households will be visited by Census workers making a final attempt to get their information.

Residents will be asked to clarify information on Census forms that were either mailed back late, incomplete or unclear on residential status.

Big Island households will get the most visits, followed by Oahu, Maui and Kauai.

About 200 Census workers have been retained for this last count.
