Interior’s Jewell to speak at Hawaiian convention

By Associated Press

Interior Secretary Sally Jewell will speak at this year’s Native Hawaiian convention in Honolulu.

Jewell is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the annual convention today.

The department says Jewell will underscore the importance of Native Hawaiian issues within the department. She will also discuss the department’s oversight role.

The 12th Annual Native Hawaiian Convention is being held at the Hawaii Convention Center. Topics include education, affordable housing, economic development and other issues.

The convention is the largest gathering of community members, organizations, policy makers and others interested in Native Hawaiian community development.

The convention is the brainchild of KS(BE) and the state's other one drop outfit, the OHA and is designed to safeguard ali'i trust status quo from too much intrusion by federal laws and rules so the trusts can keep raking in billions while the natives upon whose backs the trusts are structured stay in abject poverty. Law suit time. The Sec should announce she supports the royalists having their own country back, the Kingdom of Hawaii, which the US will send federal aid dollars to in return for having military bases here to defend against Asian nations seeking to get some advantage over the US of A.
