Kalihi man arrested for allegedly threatening to kill family members

 Police arrested a 38-year-old Kalihi man who allegedly threatened to kill family members.

Police said two family members, a 64-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man, reported the suspect allegedly threatened to kill them on several occasions, and had become increasingly violent.

They suspect he had been using drugs, police said.

He allegedly damaged a computer in their home before leaving at about 10 p.m. Saturday, police said.

Patrol officers found the suspect and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree criminal property damage.
