Kapaa woman, 35, dies in 2-vehicle crash in Kauai

A 35-year-old Kapaa woman died from injuries she sustained in a two-vehicle collision in Princeville, Kauai.
County officials were not disclosing the name of the woman until relatives are notified.
Officials said the woman was traveling north on Kuhio Highway in a green Ford sport utility vehicle when the SUV was rear-ended by a white Ford pickup truck about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said the driver of the truck, a 43-year-old Kalaheo man, sustained minor injuries and refused treatment.
It was the second traffic fatality on Kauai this year.
