Mo-ped accident prompts closure of N. Kalaheo Ave.

Police closed a portion of North Kalaheo Avenue in Kailua Friday night because of a critical mo-ped crash.
The crash happened about 8:50 p.m. Traffic was being diverted onto Uilama Street, police said.
The woman injured in the crash was upgraded from critical to serious condition after her arrival at the hospital, police said.
