No. 6 Hawaii sweeps San Diego State

Kanani Danielson put down 19 kills as No. 6 Hawaii swept San Diego State 25-17, 25-18, 25-13 tonight in the Verizon Wireless Volleyball Challege at the Stan Sheriff Center. 

Elizabeth Ka'aihue added 14 digs for the Rainbow Wahine (6-1). Lauren Salisbury led the Aztecs (5-2) with six kills.

In today's tournament opener, Jordan Shaw had 17 kills to lead St. Mary's over UC Irvine. 

Hawaii plays UC Irvine (2-4) in tomorrow's second match. San Diego State faces St. Mary's (6-2).
