Police seek man, 31, in alleged North Shore kidnapping and assault

Honolulu police are investigating the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a 29-year-old woman on the North Shore.
Police have identified a suspect -- a 31-year-old man -- but have not yet located him.
The offenses allegedly occurred between 10 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 a.m. yesterday.
