» A map on Page F5 of Sunday's Insight section mislabeled Makakilo Drive as Fort Barrette Road and Farrington Highway as Kamehameha Highway.

» Anuenue School graduate Kaia Kong's last name was misspelled in a Page B1 article Saturday.

» The contact for the Hawaii Raiders Basketball Clinic, scheduled for June 29-30 at the McKinley High School gym, is Ryan Hirata at 349-0730. A different phone number was listed on Page C4 Friday.

» Nichole Tsuji has been promoted to manager of the customer care center at Servco Automotive. Her first name was misspelled Thursday in a Page B8 article and photo caption.
