» Mayoral candidate Kirk Caldwell said, "My father made me work in the plantation. I've watched, and I actually worked as hard as they did. I didn't have to do it for the rest of my life like generations of plantation workers, but I came to appreciate what hard work means, and I'm not afraid of hard work." A Page B1 article Monday misquoted him as saying "plantation owners" instead of "plantation workers."

» Norman Soares, a tour driver for Damien Tours, will share stories about Kalaupapa in a free presentation, "Journey to Kalaupapa: In the Footsteps of Saints," at the Hawaii State Library downtown at 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 4. A Page B4 article Saturday had an incorrect date.

» The Food Network show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featuring local food truck Camille's on Wheels will air at 7 p.m. next Monday. TheBuzz column on Page B7 Monday gave an incorrect date.
