» Charles McDonald successfully converted all four of his extra-point kicks for Punahou School in its 48-0 win over West Anchorage of Alaska on Friday. Another kicker was credited with kicking all the extra points on Page C4 Saturday.

» Attorney Paul Alston represented a state Department of Education employee who was fired in 1978. On Page F3 Aug. 5, the "Back in the Day" reprint of an Aug. 5, 1978, Hono­lulu Star-Bulletin article contained a wrong last name.
