>> Richard Borreca’s “On Politics” column on Page A11 Tuesday said the University of Hawaii Cancer Research Center was over budget by $31 million. The center actually was built for $103 million and completed under budget.

>> Former University of Hawaii athletic director Jim Donovan and his staff spent more than $600,000 in private UH Foundation donations for athletics-related goods and services between 2008 and mid-2012. A B1 story Wednesday gave a different amount. Also, foundation funds were used to cover former athletic director Hugh Yoshida’s travel to a UH fundraising golf tournament in Los Angeles. His wife’s travel was not covered.
