» City officials plan to buy 63 pieces of property along the Hono­lulu rail route in fiscal year 2014, not fiscal 2013 as reported in a Page A21 headline Friday.

» Premiums for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc.'s Senior Advantage Enhanced Plan and Senior Advantage Essential Plus Plan will rise to $143 a month from $129 a month on Jan. 1 for 8,950 members. A Page A1 story on Oct. 31 stated that the rate hike for Kaiser's dominant Medicare Advantage plans would affect about 25,000 members.
