» A Page A1 photo Monday showed a zip line user over Kolekole Falls, not Akaka Falls, as reported in the caption. The tour is known as the "Akaka Falls Skyline Adventure," but it is on private land, not at the state park.

» State officials expect the reopening of Hawaii island's Kulani Correctional Facility to create 96 jobs, not 69 as reported on Page B1 Monday.
