>> The Urgent Care Center at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii’s Hono­lulu Clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. A Page B5 story Thursday described the clinic as an “after-hours facility.”

>> Central Pacific Bank plans to open a branch next month at the new Lau­lani Village Shopping Center at the corner of Fort Weaver Road and Keau­nui Drive. A story and caption on Page B1 Friday listed the location as “Ford Weaver Road.”
