» Shawn Naka­moto is a spokes­woman for Hawaii Pacific Health. A Page A1 article Thursday referred to her as a spokes­man.

» Fire Capt. Terry Seelig did not provide the names of the pilot and passenger involved in the helicopter hard landing downtown Wednesday. They were named in on-camera interviews with KITV. A story on Page B1 Thursday attributed the identities to Seelig.

» Two coral species — ringed rice coral, or Montipora patula, and blue rice coral, or Montipora flabellata — are proposed to be listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. A Page B2 story Thursday stated the two species are listed as threatened.
