» OxyELITE Pro has been linked to 24 of 29 cases of suspected liver damage, and the FDA issued a warning in April that USPlabs submitted published studies challenging the dangers of DMAA use in dietary supplements. A Page A1 graphic Wednesday said all 29 cases had been linked to OxyELITE Pro, and the accompanying story said the warning was issued in 2012.

» Pawaa In-Ha Park is at South King and Kaheka streets. A "Newswatch" item on Page B2 Thursday said it was near McCully Street.

» The U.S. Army Museum Hawaii in Waikiki is owned and operated by the U.S. Army. An Oct. 3 "Off the News" item on Page A12 said the museum is privately operated.
