By Star-Advertiser staff

POSTED:

A service will be held Tuesday for Hiroyo Klink, 52, at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary.

Klink, of Honolulu, was vice president of Media Etc., a sales promotion and advertising company. She died at Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center on Tuesday, three days after suffering a brain hemorrhage while watching her son, Leo, play for Kalani High School in the boys soccer state championship match at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex.

Klink was born in Kagoshima-ken, Japan. In addition to her son, she is survived by husband Paul; sisters Satsuki Narita, Mutsumi Hirayama and Mizue Yoshimatsu; and hanai sister Chihiro Kitagawa.

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., and the service will be at 6 p.m. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leo Klink Fund at any Bank of Hawaii branch.

Sorry to hear of her passing. Just curious as to why a fund had to be set up. I thought that the son's dad was a wealthy local promoter to puts on events for Trump Tower?
