A service will be held Tuesday for Hiroyo Klink, 52, at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary.
Klink, of Honolulu, was vice president of Media Etc., a sales promotion and advertising company. She died at Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center on Tuesday, three days after suffering a brain hemorrhage while watching her son, Leo, play for Kalani High School in the boys soccer state championship match at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex.
Klink was born in Kagoshima-ken, Japan. In addition to her son, she is survived by husband Paul; sisters Satsuki Narita, Mutsumi Hirayama and Mizue Yoshimatsu; and hanai sister Chihiro Kitagawa.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., and the service will be at 6 p.m. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leo Klink Fund at any Bank of Hawaii branch.
