Tony “Catfish” Williams sat inside his tent along Aala Street near North Beretania Street on Wednesday afternoon. Williams has been on Aala Street for two months and has a bed, portable stove and all his belongings in his tent. Williams hopes that he will be given enough notice to move if a new ordinance allowing the confiscation of belongings on public and park grounds is approved.
