With abundant seafood, restaurant lives up to billing

~~<p>Maybe it's because I'd just returned from East Coast escapades that I was searching for ways to keep the post-vacation glow alive, and SHOR American Seafood Grill, the Hyatt Regency's third-floor dining spot, provided ample excuse to kick back and relax in the open air.</p>
<p>There, overlooking Kuhio Beach Park and the expanse of blue-green ocean, I was reminded that even as we spend thousands of dollars to be anywhere else, there are even greater numbers of people who spend thousands of dollars to be right where we are. It's easy to forget to appreciate what we have.</p>
