Rare, ancient lion dance part of Dance Mandal

~~<p>Prajwal Ratna Vajra&shy;charya, a Nepalese priest who founded Dance Mandal, the Foundation for Sacred Buddhist Arts of Nepal, is presenting a series of events in Honolulu beginning tomorrow.</p>
<p>Among the performances will be &quot;a rare and ancient lion dance brought out from the secrecy of the temples of the Kathmandu Valley&quot; on Aug. 28, the release said. Founded in 1996, Dance Mandal is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Charya Nritya, which means &quot;dance as a spiritual discipline,&quot; a news release said.</p>
