New 'Arabian Nights' film will have a little isle flavor

~~<p>Hawaii is a long way from the sands of Arabia, but it's going to be used as a location for "Arabian Nights," a new 3-D action film co-produced by the same folks who turned Lanai into the setting for Shakespeare.</p>
<p>TalkStory Productions, the Honolulu-based company that co-produced "The Tempest" in 2010, has joined with Inferno Entertainment to film "Arabian Nights." The film's director, Chuck Russell, was on Oahu's North Shore last month to briefly shoot some jungle footage, said John Ching, co-founder of TalkStory.</p>
