Chow’s assistant coaches are an interesting mix

~~<p>The grand opening continues for Norm Chow today, as the new University of Hawaii head football coach addresses the public at the Hukilau restaurant on Bishop Street. At noon, he introduces the bulk of his staff at the first meeting of the Downtown Athletic Club.</p>
<p>It is coincidental that this new Hawaii sports organization goes by the same name as the Manhattan club that used to give out the Heisman Trophy. But it&rsquo;s fitting today since its first guest speaker has coached winners of the most prestigious individual award in college football.</p>
