Merchants join forces to buck drug dealers

~~<p>Chinatown merchants are gathering today to rally around beleaguered cheesecake baker "Otto" and to hear from police who want to offer tips on how to combat drug dealing in the historic neighborhood.</p>
<p>Scott Michael McDonough, who is known by nearly everyone as "Otto," owns Otto Cake, a small shop on Smith Street across the street from Smith-Beretania Park that is known for its 100-plus varieties of cheesecakes.</p>
