Merchants join forces to buck drug dealers

~~<p>Chinatown merchants are gathering today to rally around beleaguered cheesecake baker &quot;Otto&quot; and to hear from police who want to offer tips on how to combat drug dealing in the historic neighborhood.</p>
<p>Scott Michael McDonough, who is known by nearly everyone as &quot;Otto,&quot; owns Otto Cake, a small shop on Smith Street across the street from Smith-Beretania Park that is known for its 100-plus varieties of cheesecakes.</p>
