<p>&quot;I want to thank all of you for participating in this proj&shy;ect,&quot; Ino&shy;uye told the group of about 100 at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. in Wai&shy;pahu. &quot;I want you to know that it's a very important one &mdash; important not only for the individuals, but important for the economy of Hawaii. Everyone will get some break in life, and you will provide that.&quot;</p>
