<p>&raquo; Visitors descended on Foster Botanical Gardens to sniff the foul bloom of the Amorpho&shy;phallus titanum &mdash; also known as &quot;big stinky&quot; or the &quot;corpse flower.&quot; It was a perfect chance for political junkies to wean themselves off the Legislature.</p>
