<p>Japan-based Seibu Group has retained real estate investment banking and brokerage firm Eastdil Secured to market its three hotels &mdash; the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on Hawaii island and the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki on Oahu.</p>
