Hawaiian, JetBlue to share flier miles

~~<p>Members of frequent-flier programs with both Hawaiian Airlines and JetBlue Airways will soon be able to earn and redeem points or miles for travel on either airline, the companies announced Wednesday.</p>
<p>A new code-share agreement between the airlines takes effect Tuesday, when Hawaiian launches its nonstop service between Hawaii and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.</p>
