~~<p>Three local law firms have filed what they hope will be a class-action lawsuit over how nonjudicial foreclosure auctions are being handled by certain foreclosure servicing companies.</p>
<p>The law firms are Perkin &amp; Faria, Bickerton Lee Dang &amp; Sullivan, and Affinity Law Group.</p>
