~~<p>If you need a little push to get back into the reading groove or just want to share the joy of books with others, there are programs and groups to help you turn the page.</p>
<p>Registration is under way for the Hawaii State Public Library System's summer reading programs for kids and adults that start Monday and run through July 7. Participants who read at least one book per week are eligible to receive a free weekly reading incentive, while supplies last.</p>
