~~<p>There are lots of comments from a whole host of smart people kicking Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts in the butt for his prevailing opinion last Thursday on Obamacare. Many of them are smarter than Justice Roberts and certainly have higher IQs than do I. But it does not, and should not, take a genius to correctly interpret the basic law of the land. I think Roberts is on to something big, and that is that he is in bed with Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and the other founders of our nation. Let me explain.</p>

Please re-read the Declaration of Independence, which provides the purpose and vision of the founding of our United States of America. Read with this in mind: There were only two possible directions outlined for government. One was to continue to move down to tyranny over the people; the other to go up toward individual liberty, authority, responsibility and accountability for each of the people. Only two.
