What a difference a generation makes. PATCH, a Hawaii nonprofit that helps match parents with child care services, has expanded its Enhanced Referral service statewide, after the service's success with Hawaii's military community. The organization also offers a wealth of other services to keep the pool of child care providers growing, trained and certified.
