July 12 is voter sign-up deadline for primary

~~<p>The last day for new Hawaii voters to register for the Aug. 11 primary election is July 12, according to the state Office of Elections.</p>
<p>Registration forms must be postmarked or received by the prospective voter's local county clerk's office by that date. Voters who have changed their name or moved since the last election are also required to re-register before the deadline.</p>
