City's rail design firm buys project's overseer

The company hired to manage the $5.26B venture is now a subsidiary of the contractor for three stations

<p>InfraConsult LLC, an infrastructure management and advisory company with offices in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Hawaii, was acquired for an undisclosed price by HDR Engineering Inc., HDR announced Tuesday in a written statement.</p>
