~~<p>Ward Centers launches a new advertising campaign today aimed at refreshing the brand and building excitement following T.J. Maxx's return to Oahu and in advance of the opening of Bed Bath &amp; Beyond.</p>
<p>The retail centers' new tag line, &quot;Kakaako for All,&quot; is the key theme of the campaign, which is included in the new print and broadcast advertising. It is clearly aimed at kama&shy;aina, as it's likely visitors wouldn't get it.</p>
