Carlisle camp raises nearly $200,000 during 2012

~~<p>Mayor Peter Carlisle, fending off two well-known political challengers this year, raised $198,000 toward his re-election bid during the first six months of 2012, according to a report filed Monday with the state Campaign Spending Commission.</p>
<p>Carlisle, who won a special election in 2010 to fill the final two years of the term vacated by Mufi Hannemann, has raised $560,000 in the current campaign cycle. That total does not include $78,000 left over from his 2010 campaign. He began July with $246,000 in cash for the final six weeks before the Aug. 11 primary.</p>
