Jam makes most of mango bounty

~~<p>Bill Lennan&rsquo;s request for a mango jam made with agave makes sense. Agave is a super sweetener distilled from a cactus and considered better than refined white sugar for those on reduced-sugar diets. You can use much less to get the same amount of sweetening power.</p>
<p>Applying it to a mango jam is a good idea now, when the fruit is plentiful. You&rsquo;ll miss the fruit in November, so why not put some aside?</p>
