Strict U.S. visa policies discriminate against Polish visitors to Hawaii

~~<p>As a citizen of Hawaii, I am discouraged that our tourist-based economy is being held back by U.S. visa decisions that discourage tourism from friendly nations.</p>
<p>As someone of Polish ancestry, I learned years ago that visa processes for Poles to visit Hawaii are so lengthy, so insultingly demeaning, Polish citizens simply drop the U.S. from their tourist trips.</p>
